Nick is a visionary founder and entrepreneur with a proven track record of scaling iconic brands. He played a key role in Triangl’s explosive growth to over $100 million in revenue and has helped grow brands like Olipop, Bite and Lemme. As an Executive Producer, he’s led global campaigns for Louis Vuitton and Beats by Dre, blending creative vision with data-driven strategy to deliver impactful brand experiences. His passion for innovation and brand storytelling continues to shape the future of digital marketing.
John Nitek

FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
John, a graduate from Montclair State University, started his career as a freelance videographer specializing in luxury car dealerships across Bergen County, New Jersey, and New York City. His exceptional talent behind the camera quickly expanded his portfolio, catching the attention of Nick in 2017. Recognizing the need for captivating content to complement his web designs, Nick and John's collaboration proved to be a perfect synergy of skills, giving rise to the dynamic team that laid the foundation for Big Baby.

Lisa joined our team following a fateful encounter with Nick and John in Los Angeles in 2020. Her impressive track record includes producing and directing campaigns for powerhouse brands like Beats By Dre, OVO Sounds, Louis Vuitton, Kith, and GymShark, among others. Renowned in the music industry, Lisa has directed music videos for platinum recording artists such as Future, Lil Baby, Justin Bieber and many more. Her creative prowess elevates our capabilities to deliver exceptional visual storytelling across diverse platforms.
